Aceto-CAPS are capsules contains a nitrogen fixing bacterium known as Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus.
It has the ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen in the roots, stems, and leaves of sugar-producing crops such as sugarcane, sweet potatoes, and others. Additionally, it produces growth hormones like Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) and Gibberellic acid, which encourage root proliferation and increase the number of rootlets. This process enhances phosphate solubilization and improves the uptake of minerals and water, all of which contribute to better crop growth and higher sugar recovery in sugar crops.
