Azoto-CAPS are capsules that contain Azotobacter, a free-living nitrogen-fixing bacterium. Azotobacter is used as a biofertilizer for a wide range of non-leguminous plants, particularly rice, cotton, and vegetables.
Azotobacter is an aerobic, soil-dwelling bacterium that enhances plant health by fixing nitrogen, producing growth hormones, managing plant diseases, and improving overall soil health. These bacteria thrive in high oxygen concentrations, which are essential for their effective function.
